Life feels hopeless at times. Emotions become overwhelming and seem too hard to handle on your own. Your relationships may feel stuck with no known solutions. All of these things can make life feel harder to handle on your own, and I am here to guide you in solutions towards healing and enjoying life more.

When I am not working

I am typically doing something active, whether that is Crossfit, doing half marathons, or taking my little toddler on adventures. I love to read and am always trying to grow as a person, which helps me to better serve people like you.

I also love being around friends & family, and love meeting and connecting with new people. The thing that brings me the most joy in life is spending time with my sweet 3-year-old girl and watching her excitement for life.
