Life can be very difficult and it is easy to become overwhelmed by a history of trauma, challenging relationships, and additional emotional weight you may be carrying. I believe you have everything you need to face your challenges and that there are innate skills that just need to be accessed to overcome what is holding you back. It is our job, together, to access those skills and create a plan that will bring more peace and meaning into your life. As we work together, we will use a variety of evidence-based modalities to ensure that your healing journey is supported by the most successful and current interventions.

Things I enjoy

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my sweet little family. My most favorite and important job is mama, but I also adore the days I get to spend with my clients in session. I also enjoy reading and doing anything creative. My guilty pleasure is reality TV and I could spend endless hours discussing all the relationship dynamics in my favorite shows. I try very hard to live a balanced life so that I can show up and hold space for my clients.
