Life can throw some tough challenges our way, and it’s not always easy to navigate. I’ve found that we all carry this incredible inner strength, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Starting your healing journey can feel intimidating but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m committed to ensure therapy is a safe space for authenticity and self-discovery.

When I’m not working

Outside of my therapeutic work, I find joy in various activities. At home, I share my life with my husband and two dogs—a sassy chihuahua pug mix and an endearing chihuahua dachshund mix, both with delightfully spicy personalities. My downtime involves immersing myself in audiobooks and podcasts, constantly seeking new knowledge, and keeping my therapeutic skills sharp by attending regular training sessions. You’ll find me lifting weights, enjoying the serenity of swimming, exploring new destinations, and experimenting with flavors in the kitchen. Spending quality time with friends and family is invaluable to me. Life is a blend of passions, and I savor every facet of it.

I dedicated years of education, training, and clinical practice to specialize in trauma-informed treatment. I worked with hundreds of individuals experiencing PTSD using evidence-based treatments on complex cases involving childhood trauma, postpartum symptoms, relationship issues, women’s issues, sexual assault, domestic violence, divorce, and low self-esteem.
