Meet Tiana!
Life can feel heavy—especially when you’re carrying the emotional weight of past trauma, the stress of changing relationships, or the deep, quiet struggles that can come with parenthood. As a therapist in Draper, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people who are doing the hard work of healing. And I want you to know: you don’t have to do it alone.
I believe you already have the strength and wisdom you need. Sometimes, those inner resources just get buried under layers of hurt, self-doubt, or survival mode. Together, we’ll gently uncover those strengths and create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to feel like yourself again.
If you feel that there is something missing in your life or there’s room to add more meaning and peace, please reach out. It is my greatest privilege to be a guide and support to those struggling as we find hope and healing through vulnerable, authentic interactions together.
My clinical training allows me to support clients through a variety of life’s challenges. I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, postpartum depression and other perinatal mood disorders, relationship concerns, and faith transitions. I also integrate evidence-based therapies like EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to tailor our work to your specific needs.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, feeling stuck in survival mode, or searching for clarity in your relationships, I’m here to support you every step of the way—with heart, skill, and a deep respect for your story.
You can meet with me in person at our peaceful Draper, Utah office—just a few minutes off the 123rd exit—or from anywhere in the state through secure, online therapy. Many of my clients come from Draper and nearby communities like Sandy, Riverton, South Jordan, and Bluffdale. Whether you’re looking for trauma therapy in Draper or need the flexibility of virtual sessions, I’m here to make support accessible, compassionate, and tailored to your life.

When I'm not working
In my free time, I love being with my sweet little family. Being a mom is my most cherished role, but I also deeply enjoy the days I spend with my clients in session. I’m passionate about reading and anything creative. My guilty pleasure is reality TV, and I could talk endlessly about the relationship dynamics in my favorite shows. I strive to maintain a balanced life so I can show up fully and hold space for my clients.

You can meet with Tiana at our Draper, Utah therapy office or via online therapy from anywhere in the state.

Finding Relief Through Therapy in Draper
Sometimes the hardest part is naming what you’re going through—especially when it’s not something you can easily explain to others. You might be functioning on the outside but feel disconnected or hollow inside.
Maybe you’re doing everything you can to hold it all together for everyone else, and you’ve started to wonder if there’s any space left for you. That quiet overwhelm, the constant overthinking, the fear that you’ll never quite feel “normal” again—these are things I hear often. And you are absolutely not alone in them.
Therapy can be a place where you finally exhale. A space to explore without judgment and begin to feel whole again—at your own pace, in your own way.
Whether you’re looking for EMDR therapy in Draper, support through postpartum depression, or a safe place to heal from trauma or relationship pain, I’d be honored to walk with you.
I offer in-person therapy at our Draper office and online sessions throughout Utah, so you can receive support in the way that fits your life best.
If you’re ready to start—or even if you’re just curious—I invite you to reach out. We can have a free, no-pressure consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
