Life can be very difficult and it is easy to become overwhelmed by a history of trauma, challenging relationships, changes in life such as the birth of a new baby, and additional emotional weight you may be carrying. I believe you have everything you need to face your challenges and that there are innate skills that just need to be accessed to overcome what is holding you back. It is our job, together, to access those skills and create a plan that will bring more peace and meaning into your life. As we work together, we will use a variety of evidence-based modalities (approaches) to ensure that your healing journey is supported by the most successful and current interventions.
